Performance Evaluation
Fellows are evaluated by their program director and by their supervisor at each of their off-site locations. Areas of assessment include knowledge base, clinical performance, communication skills, ability to work with peers, fulfillment of fellowship requirements, and professionalism. Formalized assessment is collected every quarter via assessment forms. The program director will provide positive and/or negative feedback as needed throughout the year. A service-specific evaluation such as an officer evaluation report will be completed at least once in the year.
