Pediatric Pulmonology
The Pediatric Pulmonology Service, based out of the Children’s Center at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, offers specialized assessment, evaluation, and care of infants, children, and adolescents with conditions involving the respiratory system. All of our providers are board-certified or licensed in their areas of expertise, and maintain regular continuing education to ensure the most current evaluations and treatments. Pediatric Pulmonology service offers 24-hour consultations by phone and email to patients and providers worldwide. Our clinics are located at Walter Reed Bethesda, Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, and Joint Base Andrews.

- Asthma
- Cystic fibrosis
- Bronchopulmonary dysplasia
- Interstitial lung disease
- Vocal cord dysfunction
- Sleep disordered breathing
- Apnea, ventilator dependence
- Tracheomalacia
- Congenital pulmonary anomalies
- Primary ciliary dyskinesia
- Pulmonary manifestations of: Neuromuscular, immunologic, sickle cell, rheumatic, and oncologic diseases
- Recurrent pneumonia
- Pulmonary function testing
- Bronchoscopy
