Admission and Transfer Process
Inpatient admissions and specialty consults from health care facilities are coordinated through a dedicated number for providers only.
Our Patient Coordination Center will:
- Verify patient eligibility
- Collect demographic information
- Verify bed availability
- Facilitate communication with an accepting provider or specialist
- Arrange for transport as required
- Serve liaison during the transfer process
- Confirm patient arrival with referring provider
