Admission and Transfer Process

Inpatient admissions and specialty consults from health care facilities are coordinated through a dedicated number for providers only.

Our Patient Coordination Center will:

• Verify patient eligibility
• Collect demographic information
• Verify bed availability
• Facilitate communication with an accepting provider or specialist
• Arrange for transport as required
• Serve liaison during the transfer process
• Confirm patient arrival with referring provider
