Permanent Closure of COVID-19 Vaccine Site and Centralized Screening Area

Due to decreased demand for both COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, we’re realigning our resources to better serve you.
Effective Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, the Centralized Screening Area (CSA) is permanently closed, and COVID-19 testing is available by appointment in our primary care clinics for all enrollees. COVID-19 testing is also available to active duty service members during our active duty sick call hours on a walk-in basis, Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m., in the Internal Medicine Clinic. Please be advised that we are no longer providing COVID-19 at-home rapid antigen test kits. For other COVID-19 testing resources, please visit:
