Trauma Surgery

An organized multi-disciplinary team approach to the care of the injured patient is essential to returning our Wounded Warriors to optimal health. The multi-disciplinary team is led by Trauma surgeons who have completed specialty training and have many years of experience in the care of wounded patients. The Trauma Team coordinates the larger multi-disciplinary team which is tailored to the needs of each patient and consists of various medical and nursing specialties allied health, and rehabilitation clinicians. This entire team meets twice weekly to orchestrate patient care and plan patient deposition.
