ScriptCenter

The ScriptCenter is a 24/7 pharmacy refill pick-up location. Its secure lockers offer you privacy and convenience.

Getting Started

Order your refills through the Automated Call-in Refill Line at 800-377-1723 and select “Arrowhead ScriptCenter” as your pickup location.

At the ScriptCenter, select pick up, scan the barcode on your your DOD ID card, and type in your PIN.

Helpful tip! If the barcode on your DOD ID card doesn’t contain your DOD ID, you’ll need to provide a prescription number to validate your identity during your first pick up from the ScriptCenter.

Review your prescriptions to pick up, sign, and complete your transaction.

Q1: Who can use the ScriptCenter?
A1:
Active duty service members, dependents, retirees, and TRICARE-eligible DOD ID card holders.

Q2: Who fills my prescriptions and how do they get in the ScriptCenter?
A2:
Prescriptions are filled by the Arrowhead pharmacy and loaded into the ScriptCenter for you to pick up at your convenience.

Q3: When will my prescriptions be ready in the ScriptCenter?
A3:
Prescriptions will typically be ready within 72 hours; possibly as early as 2 p.m. the next business day.

Q4: What if I forget my “Log In” ID or PIN?
A4:
You can recover your User ID or PIN by pressing “Forgot ID” or “Forgot PIN.” If you need assistance, please contact the pharmacy. Remember, you can add your DOD ID to use instead of your User ID to make logging in even easier!

Q5: Can I pick up all my prescriptions from the ScriptCenter?
A5:
Prescriptions requiring refrigeration must be picked up from the pharmacy counter.

Q6: Is a pharmacist available if I have additional questions?
A6:
Yes, call 301-295-2123 or check in at the Arrowhead Pharmacy during normal business hours to speak with a pharmacist.

Q7: How long will my prescriptions be available at the ScriptCenter?
A7:
Prescriptions will be left at the ScriptCenter for 10 days. After 10 days, your prescription will be returned to stock.

Q8: Does the ScriptCenter follow patient privacy rules?
A8:
Yes, the ScriptCenter is fully compliant with HIPAA and DOD patient privacy policies. Your personal and health information is always safe and secure.

Q9: Is there a charge for using the ScriptCenter?
A9:
No. The ScriptCenter Prescription Number: is a FREE service.
