Due to a technical issue, the IRMAC Call Center is currently unable to schedule appointments. If you can wait, we recommend holding off until the system is restored.

If you need assistance today :

• For primary care appointments (to include Pediatrics), please call the Walter’s Way Call Center at 301-295-8901. Please call all other clinics directly but be prepared for longer than normal wait times. If you need help getting the number to a specific clinic, please call 301-295-4000 or visit the clinic web page.
• You can also use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to manage your appointments.
• If you have an urgent need, please call the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-874-2273, option 1, and ask for a virtual care appointment.
