Café 8901, the Medical Center Dining Room, offers a full service menu. Selections range from a variety of hot and cold entrees and sides, the Grille, a fresh salad bar, and an assortment of Grab-n-Go items. On weekdays at lunch, Café 8901 features the "Fit & Flavorful" line offering healthy meals that are 550 calories or less, Deli Sandwiches, and the "World Bistro," an International Specialty Bar. The Daily Grind
