We believe that the more you know about your child's illness, the better you'll be able to provide care. Please bring your child’s updated immunization record and any outside medical records to your child’s appointment.
Traveling Overseas?
Whether you’re going on vacation, PCS, or visiting friends and relatives, let us help make your trip a healthy and safe one! We provide travel-related vaccines, malaria prophylaxis, traveler’s diarrhea treatment, and travel counseling. However, we do not complete clearance paperwork for OCONUS PCS – this should be completed by your child’s PCM.
Ask your child’s PCM for a referral to Peds ID for a travel medicine appointment. We can see your entire TRICARE-eligible family (including adults) in one visit! We recommend scheduling 6-8 weeks prior to departure. We recommend a travel medicine appointment for all international travel except travel to Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
