Providing a safe setting for the courageous work of healing and change.
The Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic providing a full range of quality outpatient behavioral health services to adults seeking change, healing, and care within a collaborative and safe setting. We provide comprehensive treatment including evaluation, medication management, and various modalities of therapy (individual, couples, group). Services are provided by a staff of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, nurse practitioners, pastoral counselors and trainees with respect and care for our patients. We also provide first-class training for a variety of military training programs within psychiatry, clinical psychology, and social work.
We primarily serve Active Duty military personnel and strive to bring hope and healing to individuals who seek our services.
Individual Therapy
The Clinic offers individual treatment in a safe and confidential environment. Individual therapy can help you identify aspects of your life you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, explore feelings, or work through challenging memories or difficulties.
Couples Therapy
The Clinic offers couples therapy to assist couples with a wide range of concerns including communication problems, conflicts about parenting or blended family issues, financial problems, anger management, adjustment to change, or other relationship issues.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a special kind of therapy in which a small number of people meet with a professional trained therapist to help themselves and one another. Group therapy assists people in developing new ways of relating to others, to learn about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships. It can address feelings of isolation, depression or anxiety. Some groups focus on sharing of feelings while others focus on skills-development.
Medication Management
Medication evaluations and medication management services are provided by our team of psychiatrists, who are certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive medical procedure that delivers pulsed magnetic fields to the brain in the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). TMS is an FDA-approved treatment option for adult patients with MDD who have failed to achieve satisfactory improvement from at least one prior antidepressant medication at or above the minimal effective dose and for a minimal duration in the current episode of MDD. It is generally believed that TMS produces its effect through electrical stimulation of that area of the brain believed to be responsible for mood. The typical TMS treatment course requires daily 40 minute sessions, 5 days per week for the first 4 weeks, then a taper off schedule. A full course of TMS is 20-30 sessions delivered in approximately 6 weeks. Referrals for TMS are made through the patient's psychiatrist. Patients are then assessed for the potential appropriateness of treatment with TMS by the TMS team.
