Q1: What is Q-Anywhere?
It's a remote queuing system that allows you to virtually "get in line" at the pharmacy without actually being there. You can use this service from anywhere (home, store, etc.).
Q2: Will I lose my spot if I'm not present when called?
No. Once you return to the pharmacy, re-text "I’m here".
Q3: Why are the numbers called out of order?
Some prescriptions take more time to prepare than others (one patient may have one item and another patient may have many).
Q4: Why is my medicine not ready? My doctor/nurse told me it would be ready by now.
They shouldn't have said that to you. They don't work in the pharmacy to understand our process or workload.
Q5: Why aren't more windows open?
Staffing levels don't always allow us to use all the pharmacy windows.
Q6: Why doesn't Q-Anywhere work in the morning?
Q-Anywhere is only available during the operating hours of the participating pharmacies: America Pharmacy and Arrowhead Pharmacy.
Q7: Why can’t I use the Q number issued from yesterday?
A Q number is only valid for the day it is issued. If you're unable to pick-up your prescriptions that day, you'll need to restart the process.
Q8: I succeeded in texting for my spouse. Now I'm trying to enter for myself, but I keep getting a message that I'm already in the system?
Only one cell phone can be used for one DoD ID number. A different DoD ID requires a different cell phone.
Q9: How can I get my prescriptions if I can't use a cell phone?
Q-Anywhere is just one option for new prescriptions. You can still get new prescriptions by visiting the pharmacy in person, or using TRICARE Home Delivery or a TRICARE Network
